১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে যেকোনো পণ্য (Mens, Women, Kids ও Sport Item) কেনাকাটা করার অর্থ হলো আপনি আমাদের ব্যবসার নিয়ম ও নীতি মেনে নিচ্ছেন। আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
২. পণ্য ও সেবা আমরা নিজস্ব তত্ত্বাবধানে তৈরি করা পুরুষ, নারী, শিশুদের পোশাক এবং স্পোর্টস আইটেম (যেমন: জার্সি, ক্যাপ ইত্যাদি) বিক্রি করি। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের ছবি এবং আসল পণ্যের রঙের মধ্যে ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিনের কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে। পণ্যের স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে আমরা অর্ডারের নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করি।
৩. মূল্য এবং পেমেন্ট ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া প্রতিটি পণ্যের মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার Purple Apparels সংরক্ষণ করে। তবে, আপনি অর্ডার প্লেস করার সময় যে মূল্য ছিল, সেটিই আপনার জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে। আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং বিভিন্ন মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
৪. ডেলিভারি পলিসি আমরা ঢাকা এবং ঢাকার বাইরে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে থাকি। সাধারণ পরিস্থিতিতে ঢাকার ভেতরে ২-৩ কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। তবে অপ্রত্যাশিত কোনো কারণে (যেমন: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা হরতাল) ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৫. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর যদি কোনো ত্রুটি (ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ বা ভুল পণ্য) পান, তবে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় অথবা পণ্য রিসিভ করার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। যথাযথ প্রমাণ সাপেক্ষে আমরা পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন (Exchange) বা রিফান্ড করে দেব।
৬. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পদ (Intellectual Property) Purple Apparels-এর ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, লোগো, ডিজাইন, ছবি এবং টেক্সট আমাদের নিজস্ব সম্পদ। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো অন্য কোথাও ব্যবসায়িক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ বেআইনি।

1. General Terms By purchasing any product (Mens, Women, Kids, and Sport Items) from our website, you agree to abide by our business rules and policies. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Services at any time.
2. Products and Services We manufacture and sell our own clothing for men, women, kids, and sports items (such as jerseys, caps, etc.). Please note that the actual color of the products may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to device screen settings. Order fulfillment is subject to product availability.
3. Pricing and Payments Purple Apparels reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time. However, the price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at the time of placing the order. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and various Mobile Banking payment methods.
4. Delivery Policy We deliver products across Bangladesh. Under normal circumstances, delivery inside Dhaka takes 2-3 working days, and outside Dhaka takes 3-5 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political strikes).
5. Return and Refund If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us while the delivery person is present or within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will exchange or refund the product subject to proper evidence. (Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Purple Apparels website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is our intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
